Every landscape is different. It has to do with existing elements and the needs and wants of our homeowners. No matter the size of the project, a detailed comprehensive landscape plan is the key to a successful landscape construction project. Our team is well versed in all aspects of landscape architecture. With over 25 years of experience, we are committed to delivering a Green Grass quality outdoor oasis for your home.

Our Process

 

  • Tell us your vision and the scope of work you’d like done.

  • We don’t expect you to know what the cost will be. That is part of what you’re looking for from us. We will come up with an idea on cost and you can determine where to go with the project from there.

  • If you’re ready to proceed with the design portion, we require a landscape design retainer to secure our design time. If we ultimately end up doing the construction work, the retainer will go towards the total cost of the project.

  • We will create a design that balances the scope of work discussed, your vision, and your budget.

  • Based on your feedback of the initial design, we will fine tune further to your liking and provide a formal proposal for the construction work.

  • Once you love and approve the final design and decide to move forward with the proposal, we will secure your place on our construction schedule, obtain and applicable permits, and acquire materials.

  • During project construction, we will only bother you as much or as little as you prefer, but you can always ask questions!

  • When the project is all finished, it is time for you to enjoy your awesome new space.
